course, he/she will automatically be enrolled in the next open course.

On rare occasion, it is necessary to cancel a scheduled course for unavoidable reasons. 

Every effort is made to announce cancellations before the class meeting.  
 If a seminar is canceled, participants can choose a refund, or transfer to a different seminar date.
